RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Stop the Wining is the operator of (stopthewining.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
RETURNS
Stop the Wining will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30* days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging and in unused and resellable condition. Proof-of-purchase required.
*Return requests received after 30 days of receipt of item are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Stop the Wining will refund the value of the goods returned (if applicable) but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

REFUNDS
Once returns are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) through email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-14 days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. For late or missing returns, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at stopthewining@gmail.com
Sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement. Please contact us at stopthewining@gmail.com to request an exchange.
